Nutty Cashew Delight 

I love bliss balls and protein balls, but they don’t last long in my house. I seem to make them and then they mysteriously vanish. 
They are so simple, but taste absolutely awesome! I enjoy mixing up different combinations and this is what I came up with today. The recipe made twelve bliss balls, but I think there are three left. Opps! 

  

Ingredients: 

I cup of cashews

1 tbs peanut butter (mine was homemade) 

1tbs of coconut oil 

1/2 cup of dates 

*Desiccated coconut to roll bliss balls in 

Place all of the ingredients in a blender and whizz until combined. Make small balls and roll them in desiccated coconut. Refrigerate before devouring.
