Double Choc Bliss Balls

These little beauties won’t last long in my house with me around. They are so very, very easy to make and if you love chocolate like I do they certainly hit the spot. Such a simple thing, but they taste delicious.

Ingredients:

•Bliss Ball

Cup of almonds

6 dates

I tbs cacao powder

1 tbs coconut oil

1 tbs rice malt / maple syrup
•Chocolate Topping

2 tbs coconut oil (melted)

1 tbs maple syrup

1 tbs cacao

Desiccated coconut to sprinkle on top.

Place all of the bliss ball ingredients in a blender and whizz until combined. Make small balls and place them in the freezer for 5 to 10 minutes. (Should make approximately 12) Mix all of the chocolate topping ingredients and dip bliss balls in chocolate. Return back to freezer and after a couple of minutes sprinkle desiccated coconut on top. Store in the freezer and take out a couple of minutes before you want to eat them, if you can last that long.

Enjoy
