I love eating most fruits, but I love juice and fruit smoothies the most. They’re so easy to make and taste delicious.
I needed this after my busy day in the garden and while I was meal prepping.
I call it hydration because most of the ingredients are high in water content.
Half an orange
1 stick of celery
Half an apple
2 cups of watermelon
Blend away and you have a yummy hydration juice at your fingertips!
