I whipped up these delightful bliss balls in less than 5 minutes, but the anticipation while they sat in the fridge to set nearly killed me. The waiting paid off and they taste like a healthy Ferrero Rocher.

Ingredients:
120 grams of hazelnuts
2 tbs of cacao powder
10 dates
2 tbs of coconut oil
1/2 tbs of maple syrup (only if you want a little bit more sweetness)
Shredded coconut to coat
Place all of the bliss ball ingredients in a blender and whizz until combined. Make small balls and coat in shredded coconut. Place them in the freezer or fridge for 5 to 10 minutes. (Should make approximately 10)
