Tangy Lemon Bliss Balls 

When your lemon tree starts producing lots of fruit and you don’t know what to do with them all!! Bliss balls were a great way of using a few today! So tangy, but a delicious treat. 


Ingredients: 

I cup of cashews

1 cup of desiccated coconut 

2 tbs of rice malt syrup 

Juice of one small lemon ( I used two, but I would recommend only one if you don’t like things that are too tangy) 

*Desiccated coconut to roll bliss balls in 

Place all of the ingredients in a blender and whizz until combined. Make small balls using a tablespoon and roll them in desiccated coconut. Refrigerate before devouring.
