Infused Water

Two litres of water a day can sometimes be an enormous task  to do. Before you know it’s 2pm and you haven’t had a single glass of water. Around comes 4pm and that headache kicks in and you have no idea why¿¿ It happens to all of us. 

I find that infusing my water with fruits, vegetables and herbs seems to make me drink more water than usual. I do drink a fair amount of water because I’m always on the go and any of my friends will tell you I have a massive draw of drink bottles and at least four in my car at any one time. 


This is probably one of my favourite combinations of infused water: 

  • Blueberries
  • Raspberries 
  • Mint
  • Lemon

I usually change it up all the time, so I have some different flavours coming through. It keeps me nice and hydrated in this hot Melbourne weather.
