Peanut Choc Fudge 

Peanut butter and chocolate are two of my favourite things in the world. Sometimes I have to stop buying peanut butter as I eat it by the spoonful and go through a jar in a couple of days.. oops 🙊 


Ingredients:

1 cup of peanut butter ( I use Mayvers)

1/2 cup of coconut oil

3 tbs of cacao 

1/4 cup of rice malt syrup

Dash of vanilla essence 

1/4 cup of crushed peanuts 

Cook all of the ingredients over a low heat until all are combined. Pour mixture in to mini cup cake patty pans. It should make approximately 24. Freeze for a couple of hours and then store in fridge or freezer. 

They pack a chocolate and peanut punch so I cut them in half.
