Choc Hazelnut Cookies

Probably the tastiest cookies I have ever made. The combination of almonds, hazelnuts and cacao is definitely delicious. Very easy to make and even better to eat. 

If you’re FODMAP like me I would think a maximum of 2 cookies should be under, but I’m only guessing 😬


Ingredients: 

1/2 cup of almond meal

1/2 cup of hazelnuts blitzed

2 tbs of coconut oil

2 tbs of rice malt syrup

2 tbs of cacao powder

Pinch of sea salt

1/2 tsp of baking powder 

1 tsp of vanilla extract 

Preheat the oven to 170 degrees and line a baking tray with baking paper. Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl and make small little balls out of the dough. (use a tablespoon to help you) Place balls on tray and press down with a fork. Bake in the oven for approximately 10 minutes. 

Makes 12 small cookies
