Quick Fried Rice 

Who doesn’t love a delicious fried rice! This recipe is so easy and very yummy. If you’re after something quick, healthy and easy, look no further. 


Ingredients: 

1 egg

1 chilli thinly sliced

1 carrot diced 

1/4 cup of red capsicum diced

1/4 cup of green capsicum diced 

3 spring onions thinly sliced

Handful of bean shouts 

1 cup of Quick Brown Rice 

Cut up all of the veggies and heat a medium sized pan with oil. Crack the egg and add chopped chilli. Mix until cooked and add carrot and capsicum. Cook for a couple of minutes and pop rice in the microwave for 40 seconds. Add in rice and remaining ingredients and stir for a minute or two. Serve with some corainder and soy sauce.
