The 4pm Hit – Peanut Balls

When 4pm hits and you’re craving something to get you through to dinner. This delightful bliss ball is the answer. 


Ingredients:

1/2 cup of almonds

1/2 cup of walnuts 

1 tbs rice malt syrup

1 tbs coconut oil 

2 tbs of peanut butter 

Blend all ingredients and roll in to small balls. Should make 10 Bliss Balls 🥄 Roll in desiccated coconut and store in fridge.
