When I really should be doing other things, but I’m in the kitchen mixing up a storm. I loved cookie dough growing up and these definitely hit the spot with an extra coconut flavour.

Ingredients:
1 cup of almond meal
1/2 cup of shredded coconut
2 tbs rice malt syrup
1/4 cup of coconut oil
1/2 tsp of vanilla essences
1/4 cup of dairy free choc chips or similar
Dash of cinnamon
Mix all ingredients and roll in to small balls. Should make 12 Bliss Balls š„ Store in fridge.
