I love chocolate and everything about it! I especially love cacao with its bitterness. Finished my gym session this morning and I was absolutely starving, ready to eat everything in sight. This smoothie did the trick before I demolished all of my pantry.
Ingredients:
2 bananas
1/2 cup of almond milk
4 dates
2 tbs of cacao ( I love cacao, so maybe only one)
1 tbs of maple syrup
Handful of ice
Blend all of the ingredients and top with desiccated coconut!
