Meal Prep?? I like to call it ‘Sunday Funday’ in the kitchen. Everyone seems to think that meal prepping is the most difficult thing ever. If you plan and prepare your meals for the week you actually save a lot of money and have less food wastage.
I like to make a couple of different things for the week ahead, so I don’t get bored of the same meal. It usually takes me less than two hours on a Sunday and all of my meals are ready for the week, snacks included.
My stock standard meal prep consists of the following:
Salads in jars
Soup
Zucchini fritters
Cut carrots or celery
Homemade dip
Cooked chicken with veggies
Bliss Balls or cookies
Enjoy

Haha! Just start with salad jars as they are quick and easy.
